What is our class cancellation policy?
Out of respect for the teachers and/or maximizing donation potential for charitable fundraisers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for all classes and crops (with exception of Guest Teacher Workshops - which are always NON-Refundable): we require a minimum of 7 days notice in order to issue a full refund; less than 7 days but more than 48 hours notice prior to class start time a store credit will be given; less than 24 hours notice no refund will be given. There will not be a refund for no shows.
Will I get a reminder email/phone call/text before a class I signed up for?
We only send out reminder emails for our Crop For A Cause events. It is up to the student to set a reminder for the class they have paid for. Please see the above cancellation policy for
What do I need to bring to class?
All students need to bring their basic class kit that includes a paper trimmer - 12” is preferred; scissors; a ruler; a pencil; adhesive - liquid and double-sided; a craft mat. You may be asked to bring additional items such as ink pads, a stamp platform, a spray bottle, water-brushes or a score board. You will receive a class handout when you register for a class that will list the items you need to bring with you.
Can I purchase Gift Cards on your online store?
No. Gift Cards can be purchased in-store or over the phone. If you are from out of town and want to purchase a gift card, please call us at 1-587-620-6305. We will email you a virtual copy of the gift card that can be printed or forwarded to the recipient.
I know you carry this product but I don’t see it on your online store. Why?
There are various reasons why this happens. It could be due to cold weather and the product (ie: glue) may freeze in transit; or limited stock and popularity; or size/weight and the cost of shipping an item. If you have any questions or want to purchase an item that we carry but can’t be purchased online, please call us at 1-587-620-6305.
